Veteran safety Adrian Wilson wore jersey No. 24 in his time with the Arizona Cardinals, but that isn't available in New England. Cornerback Kyle Arrington dons it.
Still, that hasn't stopped Wilson from exploring the possibility of "acquiring" it.
Wilson and Arrington crossed paths over the last week at Gillette Stadium.
"I told him I know he just had a baby and I know he signed a new contract, but I'm offering a year's supply of Pampers," Wilson said on a conference call today. "Hopefully he gets back to me."
Well played, Adrian. Well played.
