Brady's Best Buddies game tonight

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's annual Best Buddies football game takes place tonight, which serves as the lead-in to Saturday's 14th annual bicycle ride -- a 100-mile journey from Boston to Hyannis Port.

Brady and Congressman Joe Kennedy III are serving as honorary co-chairs.

Best Buddies plans to dedicate tonight's game at Harvard Stadium to those individuals most affected by the Boston Marathon tragedy. As is often the case, several of Brady's teammates are expected to be in attendance, including receiver Danny Amendola, linebacker Jerod Mayo, defensive lineman Vince Wilfork and backup quarterback Ryan Mallett, among others. Patriots coach Bill Belichick, who has taken part in Saturday's bicycle ride in past years, is expected to do so again this year.

ESPNBoston.com will be in attendance tonight, with reports from the game to come (6 p.m. kickoff).
