LB Spikes treated for dehydration

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- After playing the first two defensive snaps Sunday, Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes went to the locker room. The team announced that he was being treated for dehydration.

He was replaced by Dont'a Hightower in the sub defense.

The Patriots have been exclusively in the sub defense over their first two series as the Bills played only their three-receiver package in the first two series.
