Pats clinch division with Dolphins' loss

The Patriots are headed to the postseason again, as they clinched their fifth straight AFC East championship by virtue of the Dolphins' loss to the Bills.

Miami can now finish no better than 9-7, and with 10 wins entering today's game against the Ravens, the Patriots have sealed up their 11th division crown under Bill Belichick.

The Patriots still have their sights set on a top-two seed in the AFC, which they can clinch if they win their remaining two games.

Below is an updated look at the AFC playoff standings as the Patriots kick off against the Ravens.

Division leaders:
1. z - Broncos: 12-3 (clinched a top-two seed)
2. z - Patriots: 10-4
3. x - Bengals: 10-5
4. z - Indianapolis: 10-5

Wild-card leaders:
5. x - Chiefs: 11-4
6. Ravens: 8-6

In the hunt:
7. Miami: 8-7
8. San Diego: 7-7

z = clinched division
x = clinched playoff berth
