Wake-up call: Day 4

February, 23, 2014
INDIANAPOLIS -- Today marks our final day in Indianapolis for the 2014 NFL combine.

It’s been a productive trip thus far and we look forward to the continuation of the pre-draft process once we touch back down at ESPNBoston.com headquarters.

No coaches or executives are scheduled to speak to the media today, though the defensive back prospects will be available.

On the field, the quarterbacks will hold their workouts. A notable storyline relating to the quarterback class is which QBs will throw and which won't.

Central Florida’s Blake Bortles is the only quarterback among what many are considering the top three who will throw, as both Louisville’s Teddy Bridgewater and Texas A&M’s Johnny Manziel will not.

The wide receivers will also work out, which will likely lead to a focus on their 40 times. Clemson’s Sammy Watkins leads what is perceived by many as one of the deepest receiver groups in recent drafts.
Field Yates has previous experience interning with the New England Patriots on both their coaching and scouting staffs. A graduate of Wesleyan University (CT), he is a regular contributor to ESPN Boston's Patriots coverage and ESPN Insider.
