In what has seemingly become a rite of spring for Tom Brady, the New England Patriots quarterback attended the Kentucky Derby.

Brady, who took in the race festivities Saturday at Churchill Downs along with friends and teammates, also spent some time chatting with fellow California native and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who was born in Chico and played college football at Cal.

There was no word on whether the respective Super Bowl champions and Golden State natives cashed in on California Chrome's Derby win.
