Every day of the New England Patriots training camp, we'll have a wake-up call that previews the day ahead.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The Patriots will have their 16th practice of training camp this morning, working with the Philadelphia Eagles for the third straight day. The practice will be a walk-through and is not open to the public.

Here is the schedule:

9:30-11 a.m. -- Patriots-Eagles practice
11 a.m. -- Player interviews
3 p.m. -- ESPNBoston.com Patriots chat

A few things we'll be monitoring from a Patriots perspective:
  1. Linebacker Jerod Mayo, who has not practiced the last two days, and if he's back on the field.
  2. Confirmation from the Patriots on trades involving Ben Bass and Jerel Worthy, which have not been officially announced, pending physicals for both players.
  3. How many repetitions for No. 2 quarterback Ryan Mallett, as he's been limited in recent days and might be held out of Friday's preseason game.
