Tackles: Chung makes a move

Prior to sustaining a knee injury that knocked him out of the second half of the Chargers' game and then contests against the Vikings and Browns, safety Patrick Chung had ranked second on the team in tackles. But in the time that he was sidelined, Chung was passed on the tackle leaderboard by rookie inside linebacker Brandon Spikes.

Chung showed how fast he can make up ground in his first game back.

The 2009 second-round draft choice was credited with a team-high 10 tackles in Sunday's win over the Steelers, and now has 55 tackles on the season.

A look at the team's tackle leaderboard:

LB Jerod Mayo -- 112 tackles (67 solo, 45 assisted)

ILB Brandon Spikes -- 58 tackles (34 solo, 24 assisted)
