Brady stays atop 'MVP Watch'

By Mike Reiss

Each week during the NFL season, ESPN.com's Mike Sando produces his take on the NFL's "MVP Watch." There has been one consistent theme in recent weeks -- it's Tom Brady at the top of the list.

That remains the case today, as Sando has Brady and Eagles quarterback Michael Vick topping the charts.

"A home loss to the Packers might have been enough to consider moving Vick into the top spot this week," Sando writes. "Brady continues to lead the NFL in passer rating (109.9). He has 27 more TD passes than INTs and has not thrown a pick in 292 attempts, the longest single-season streak in NFL history. As ESPN Stats & Information noted, Brady has tossed at least two TDs with no INTs in seven consecutive games, one more than previous record holder Don Meredith."
