What to expect from coverage today
By Mike Reiss
Friday marks the second day of open-to-the-public Patriots training camp practices, and here is what can be expected in this space.
I'll be joined by Mike Rodak, Chris Forsberg and Joe McDonald, and we plan to fill the blog with sights and sounds, which figure to have a Albert Haynesworth/Chad Ochocinco flavor. We will post observations after each practice, highlighting some of the different things that caught our eye.
Here is the schedule:
9:30 a.m. -- Bill Belichick news conference
10-11 a.m. -- Practice
11 a.m. -- Tom Brady media availability
2:30-5 p.m. -- Practice
I will be active on Twitter (@MikeReiss), although not during each practice. The Patriots ask reporters for their cooperation in the following areas:
1. Not reporting on offensive or defensive strategy, which includes formations, personnel groups or non-conventional plays.
2. No quoting players or coaches during a practice.
3. Not reporting on practice until the session is over.
At the end of the day, we'll have a wrap-up of all the highlights in a video package.
