Ochocinco disputes Foster's 20k fine

By Mike Reiss

Last week, Patriots receiver Chad Ochocinco tweeted Buccaneers linebacker Mason Foster that he felt his first-quarter hit on him was "great", and that he'd pay his fine should the league hand down a fine.

That fine came today, the league nailing Foster for $20,000.

In response, Ochocinco delivered a personal note to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Twitter, referring to him as "Dad."

"Dad no disrespect but I don't agree with @mason_foster fine n I'll be reimbursing him personally," @Ochocinco wrote to @nflcommish. "Please feel free to contact me."

NFL rules prohibit players from paying others' fines.

In addition, Buccaneers safety Devin Holland was fined $10,000 for his fourth quarter hit on Patriots running back Danny Woodhead, according to Stephen Holder of the St. Petersburg Times.
