'Playbook' crew talks Pats-Ravens

By Mike Reiss

In a video clip now posted on NFL.com, the NFL Network "Playbook" crew examines the Patriots-Ravens matchup. Donovan McNabb likes the Ravens in the game, and focuses on the Patriots' defense, a unit in which he still has doubts because of the lower-level offensive attacks it has faced so far.

"When you talk about the New England Patriots, obviously everyone focuses on the offensive side, but defensively they haven't been able to give Bill Belichick what he's looking for so far," McNabb says, in remarks that could be strongly contested based on the first two games of the season.

Meanwhile, Sterling Sharpe focuses on Ravens linebacker Albert McClellan as a young player who is rising up in the Ravens' system.

"I like the Baltimore Ravens defense, because they are starting to rotate some youth in there," Sharpe says, adding that he also picks the Ravens in the game.

Finally, Brian Baldinger focuses on the loss of tight end Aaron Hernandez, whom he calls the Patriots' best offensive player. Baldinger highlights some of Hernandez's strengths and how the New England offense takes on a much different look without him.
