Rain, rain go away ...

The tarp is off the Gillette Stadium turf and the forecast looks clear for the game, with only a slight chance of showers.
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Following an afternoon of rain showers, the sky above Gillette Stadium has cleared and it looks like tonight's game between the Patriots and Texans (8:30 p.m., on ESPN) will be precipitation-free.

A look at shows there's still a small chance of showers (10-15 percent) as the night goes on, but for a December evening in Foxborough you couldn't ask for better weather than this. Temperatures will be in the mid-50s for the game with winds of around 10-12 mph throughout the evening.
