The Patriots open their offseason workout program, and there are several guidelines and restrictions related to these workouts, highlighted below:

General
Phase one (four hours a day)
Phase two (four hours a day)

Three weeks with the same rules with a few exceptions: Phase three (six hours a day)
Minicamp (10 hours a day)
