PHILADELPHIA -- Bruins coach Claude Julien said he's still waiting for updates on forward David Krejci and defenseman Adam McQuaid.
Julien said Krejci was taken to an area hospital. Both were injured in the first period. Krejci was on the receiving end of a clean open-ice hit by the Flyers' Mike Richards. Julien said after the team's 4-1 victory that he has no issues with the hit.
"Both are being evaluated right now," said Julien. "Krejci has gone to the hospital to be evaluated a little closer and we'll probably have some news on him later on. Adam McQuaid is being evaluated, and I don't know at this moment whether he's done for next game or whether he'll be fine. We'll have a better indication of all that stuff tomorrow."
