BOSTON -- The Providence Bruins' Jamie Arniel has been selected to participate in the AHL's All-Star festivities on Jan. 30 and 31 in Hershey, Pa.

Arniel replaces prior All-Star selection Steven Kampfer, who is playing for the parent club in Boston. Arniel, a 21-year-old forward, has been added to the Eastern Conference All-Star roster. He has 14 goals and 29 points in 44 games for the P-Bruins this season.

Boston selected the Kingston, Ontario, native in the fourth round (97th overall) in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
