WILMINGTON, Mass. -- After missing the Bruins' 9-0 win over the Flames on Thursday night with the flu, Brad Marchand was absent from practice Friday but head coach Claude Julien said he should be in the lineup against Vancouver on Saturday afternoon.

“He’s feeling better today but we just kept him away from the team because we certainly don’t want that to spread around,” Julien said. “He’ll probably skate today but on his own. Tomorrow I don’t see him being a question mark but who knows? But right now we anticipate him playing.”

Benoit Pouliot -- who skated in Marchand’s place with Patrice Bergeron and Tyler Seguin on Thursday night and had three assists -- skated with them again Friday.
