WASHINGTON -- The Boston Bruins enter Game 4 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series against the Washington Capitals without a power-play goal in this round.

The Bruins are 0-for-11 . Yet, coach Claude Julien said he believes the execution is almost where it needs to be. The team was working on the PP during Thursday’s morning skate.

“You’ve heard me say it before: The finish seems to be a bit of a struggle right now and sometimes it’s about bouncing on those loose pucks," said Julien. "We’re getting a little bit better in the finishing area, and those are things we’ll continue to work on and help the players through it.”

During the 2011 Stanley Cup finals, the Bruins were awful on the power play (8-for-48). Somehow, of course, everything worked out.
