No Floyd fight for Bradley, either?

LAS VEGAS -- Timothy Bradley Jr. is confident he'll like the outcome Saturday when he challenges Manny Pacquiao for a welterweight title at the MGM Grand.
He's not confident, however, that a win will lead him to Floyd Mayweather Jr.
The undefeated Bradley (28-0) will receive the biggest payday of his career this weekend, when he'll reportedly net a guaranteed $5 million.
A date with Mayweather likely would rake in even more, but Bradley believes a fight with boxing's most lucrative opponent isn't in his cards any time soon -- even if he does upset Pacquiao.
"Mayweather won't fight me if I beat Pacquiao," Bradley said. "Mayweather is a businessman. That's it. I don't think Mayweather would think he'd lose, but as far as business goes, he won't take that fight right away. He'll say, 'Oh, you've still got a lot to prove, Bradley.' You know how it goes."
Mayweather (43-0) is currently serving an 87-day jail sentence in Las Vegas for reduced domestic battery charges. He could fight again in 2012, possibly November.
Bradley doesn't expect to welcome Mayweather back to the ring this year -- nor does he expect Pacquiao to either. A megafight between the top two pound-for-pound fighters in the world has eluded boxing and general sports fans for years, and will continue to do so, in Bradley's opinion.
Issues such as drug testing and the revenue split have derailed talks between Mayweather and Pacquiao in the past. In Bradley's eyes, that's not about to change.
"I don't want to see it," Bradley said of a potential Mayweather-Pacquiao bout. "I'm over it. It should have happened years ago. I don't care about the fight. You'll say, 'Oh, you're just saying that because you're fighting him, Bradley.' No, I lost interest.
"Every time they try to make the fight, it never happens. There's always an excuse. They're never going to fight, period. Floyd is going to have to give, or Manny's going to have to give. They're going to have to meet in the middle, and I don't think they're capable of doing that."
