CLEVELAND -- Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson left in the second quarter of Thursday night's game against the Cleveland Browns with a back injury.

The team announced Johnson as questionable to return. He returned to the game for one play late in the second quarter before departing for the locker room. His return was then downgraded to doubtful.

Johnson had two catches for 19 yards before taking himself out of the game. He had been listed on the injury report as probable with a hamstring injury.
