Jairus Byrd might not be the only Buffalo Bills free agent to depart this offseason.

Defensive lineman Alex Carrington is set to visit the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night, reports Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.

Rapoport previously reported that Carrington had drawn interest from the Cleveland Browns and St. Louis Rams.

Carrington started the first three games last season before suffering a season-ending quad injury. His best fit could come as a 3-4 defensive end -- making him in a fit in Pittsburgh -- although he also has value as an interior pass-rusher in a 4-3 scheme.

Bills general manager Doug Whaley said Tuesday that the Bills offered a contract to Carrington.
