Earlier Monday, we broke down the Buffalo Bills' roster, position-by-position. As is usually the case this time of year, the roster has already changed.

The Bills released guard Jamaal Johnson-Webb on Monday, per a source, clearing a spot for another undrafted free agent. Johnson-Webb spent last season on the practice squad and was re-signed to a future contract after the season.

With 81 players on their roster, the Bills have room to sign nine undrafted free agents.

One of those undrafted free agents -- Buffalo defensive tackle Colby Way -- won't have to travel far: Another -- Miami linebacker Jimmy Gaines -- is a native of Getzville, New York, and played at Canisius High School:

The Bills will hold their rookie mini-camp Saturday through Monday. In addition to any undrafted rookies the Bills sign to contracts this week, the team can also invite players to camp on a tryout basis.
