By Mike Rodak

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- A look at snaps played by Buffalo Bills skill-position players in Sunday's overtime loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, while analyzing how the totals reflect the way players were utilized (totals provided by the NFL):

QB Thad Lewis -- 69 of 69
TE Scott Chandler -- 65 of 69
WR Robert Woods -- 64 of 69
WR T.J. Graham -- 59 of 69
WR Marquise Goodwin -- 44 of 69
RB Fred Jackson -- 39 of 69
WR Chris Hogan -- 20 of 69
RB C.J. Spiller -- 17 of 69
RB Tashard Choice -- 13 of 69
TE Lee Smith -- 12 of 69
FB Frank Summers -- 8 of 69
TE Chris Gragg -- 0 of 69
WR Marcus Easley -- 0 of 69

ANALYSIS: Offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett hinted Friday that the Bills planned on Marquise Goodwin on being more than just an occasional but explosive option on special teams. In his first game since fracturing his hand in Week 1, Goodwin played played 64 percent of offensive snaps and made an impact with a 40-yard touchdown catch. It be worth monitoring how the Bills divide snaps between receivers when Stevie Johnson returns. ... Spiller was noticeably limping after some plays Sunday, clearly still playing through an ankle injury, but his 17 snaps were a bump up from his 13 snaps against Cleveland. ... At left guard, the Bills planned to rotate Doug Legursky and Colin Brown, but it was Legursky who received the majority of snaps. Their playing time was split 83 percent to 17 percent.
