The Chicago Bears prefer to be the underdog, disrespected by the media and oddsmakers. The Bears use that perceived disrespect to put a chip on their shoulders that has served them well this season.

But that motivation won't be readily available this week as the Bears opened as a 10-point favorite to beat the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday at Soldier Field.

The Seahawks also were double-digit underdogs against the New Orleans Saints on Saturday, but the Seahawks won 41-36, leading Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher to criticize the "experts" during an interview on WFLD-TV on Sunday.
