BOURBONNAIS, Ill. -- The injuries continue to mount with Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher missing his fourth consecutive day of practice, in addition to the club preventing running back Matt Forte (thumb) and Earl Bennett (leg) from finishing Sunday's workout due to minor ailments.

Urlacher's continued inactivity raises the question of whether he'll play Thursday in the team's preseason opener against the Denver Broncos at Soldier Field.

"There's concern," Bears coach Lovie Smith acknowledged. "But I think I have a pretty good idea of what Brian can do. So if we don't feel like he should go, we'll hold him out some more. But we haven't made that decision yet."
