Bears' Jeffery leaves with knee injury

By Jeff Dickerson

SAN FRANCISCO -- A right knee injury knocked Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Alshon Jeffery out of the final 11 minutes of the club's game against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night.

Jeffery sat on the Bears sideline with an ice pack on his right knee for much of the fourth quarter.

Monday night marked Jeffery's first game back since he fractured his right hand on Oct. 7 in Jacksonville.

Jeffery was credited with two catches for 15 yards against the 49ers.
