Chicago Blackhawks prospect Brandon Pirri was one of 20 players named to the AHL All-Star team on Thursday.

Pirri, a 2009 second-round pick by the Blackhawks, has three goals and seven assists in 13 games for the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL and six goals and five assists in 24 games for the Blackhawks this season. He led the AHL with 75 points last season. He has missed the team’s last four games with a lower-body injury.

The AHL All-Stars will play Farjestad BK of the Swedish Hockey League at the Mile Once Centre in St. John’s, Newfoundland on Feb. 12.
