Here's a look at where the Chicago Blackhawks, Colorado Avalanche and St. Louis Blues stand in the Central Division race as of Monday morning.

1. Blues

Record: 52-19-7
Points: 111
Regulation wins (tiebreaker): 43
Games remaining: 4 (two home, two away)
Last game: The Blues lost for the second consecutive day when they fell 4-2 to the Blackhawks on Sunday. The Blues also lost to the Avalanche 4-0 on Saturday.
Last 10 games: 5-5-0
Next three games: vs. Washington Capitals (35-30-13) on Tuesday, at Minnesota Wild (40-26-12) on Thursday, at Dallas Stars (38-29-11) on Friday.
Outlook: The Blues are on a two-game losing streak, which matches their longest of the season. The Avalanche are making the final stretch a bit stressful for the Blues. The Blues need five points over their final four games to wrap up the Central Division crown.

2. Avalanche

Record: 50-21-7
Points: 107
Regulation wins: 45
Games remaining: 4 (four away)
Last game: The Avalanche lost 3-2 to the Pittsburgh Penguins in a shootout on Sunday.
Last 10 games: 6-2-2
Next three games: at Edmonton Oilers (28-42-9) on Tuesday, at Vancouver Canucks (35-32-11) on Thursday, at San Jose Sharks (49-21-9) on Friday.
Outlook: The Avalanche continue to find ways to pick up points. They’ve accumulated 13 points over their past seven games. They can still push the Blues for the top spot if they keep it up.

3. Blackhawks

Record: 45-19-15
Points: 105
Regulation wins: 39
Games remaining: 3 (one home, two away)
Last game: The Blackhawks won their third game in a row with a 4-2 win over the Blues on Sunday.
Last 10 games: 6-4-0
Next three games: vs. Montreal Canadiens (45-27-7) on Wednesday, at Capitals (35-30-13) on Friday, at Nashville Predators (35-32-11) on Saturday.
Outlook: The Blackhawks need for the Avalanche to collapse over the next week to have a chance at the second seed. The Blackhawks are playing well as of late and are on their first three-game winning streak since December.
