CHICAGO -- Let's take a quick look at how the Chicago Bulls cruised to a 109-90 win over the New York Knicks on Sunday afternoon at United Center.

How it happened: Joakim Noah had another huge game, going off for the fifth triple-double of his career with 13 points, 12 rebounds and a career-high 14 assists as the Bulls earned their ninth win in 10 games. Jimmy Butler added 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists while D.J. Augustin scored 21 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter. Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 21 points, but it was the Bulls that set the tone early and never let up.

What it means: This game was easy for the Bulls. The Knicks didn't show much desire to play defense and Tom Thibodeau's team did whatever it wanted on both ends of the floor. Noah was dominant in every facet and helped get his teammates open shots all day. This game reinforced why the Bulls are good and the Knicks are bad. The Bulls execute plays and seem to enjoy playing with each other -- the Knicks look like a frustrated group that just wants the season to end.

Hits: The Bulls outscored the Knicks 48-20 in the paint.

Misses: Knicks starters Raymond Felton and Iman Shumpert were a combined 3-for-16 from the field.

Stat of the night: The Bulls set a franchise record by turning the ball over just three times.

What's next: The Bulls are right back at it Monday night when they take on the Brooklyn Nets.
