CHICAGO -- The start to the Chicago Cubs' series finale against the Washington Nationals is being delayed by rain.

It's also the season finale so it's expected the teams will wait out the rain as the forecast calls for it to move out of the area. No new start time has been announced. First pitch was originally scheduled for 1:20 p.m. CT.

Travis Wood is scheduled to face Stephen Strasburg. The Nationals have won two of the first three games of the series.
