Here's a quick look at the Cubs' loss to the Brewers on Wednesday night.

The good: The offense put up some runs as Reed Johnson hit a three-run home run to temporarily cut the Brewers lead to one. Blake DeWitt and D.J. LeMahieu
each had two hits.

The bad: Carlos Zambrano lasted only six innings, giving up five runs on nine hits and two walks. Zambrano failed to rest an overworked bullpen that couldn't keep the game close.

Outside the box: Jeff Baker continued his assault on lefties, hitting a solo home run off Chris Narveson in the first. Baker is hitting .500 (23-for-46) against southpaws.

Coming up next: Matt Garza (2-6, 3.84) takes on Zack Greinke (6-1, 4.69) as the Cubs try to take three of four from the Brewers at Wrigley Field at 1:20.
