Matt ForteRob Grabowski/US PresswireMatt Forte is finding new ways to spend his time during the lockout.
While NFL players like Chad Johnson are trying their hand (or legs) in Major League Soccer, Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte is taking his talents to the south side.

"Heard Ochocinco is playing soccer this off season...think I'm gonna play pro baseball. Come to the Sox game on April 9 to catch my debut", Forte said in a Facebook post.

White Sox sources have confirmed that Forte is joining the team -- but only to throw out the first pitch before the Sox take on the Tampa Bay Rays that day.
