CHICAGO -- The Chicago Blackhawks trailed the Minnesota Wild 4-3 after two periods at the United Center on Sunday.

The teams combined for four goals in the middle 20 minutes as the Hawks briefly tied the game, 2-2, before getting down 4-2 and then closing the gap again.

Viktor Stalberg and Patrick Kane tallied for the Hawks in the second, but just after Stalberg’s goal the Wild responded with a Clayton Stoner goal to retake the lead. It was Stoner’s first goal in his 50th game played. Less than a minute after that Kyle Brodziak tallied from the crease giving Minnesota its first two-goal lead of the night until Kane cut the lead back to one.

Ray Emery has been shaky, giving up four goals on 21 shots. Josh Harding has faced 26 shots.
