The Chicago Bulls are back in Marc Stein's top 10 in this week's Power Rankings and as Stein admits they probably should have been there all along.

The Bulls had an up and down week because of all the injuries they have had to endure with Joakim Noah, Carlos Boozer and Kirk Hinrich all missing portions of the week because of various injuries. But they still find ways to win.

The Bulls' win over the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night is one of the most impressive of the season because of the fact that three starters were out and they played on the second night of a back-to-back.

The players buy into Thibodeau's system, and he should be in the running for another coach of the year award again.
