DEERFIELD, Ill. -- Joakim Noah won two National Championships at the University of Florida, but since his beloved Gators are already out this season, he's decided to back a new team during Monday night's championship game. "Go Butler," he said after Monday's practice. "I think it's a year for the people. The people want Butler to win. The Saints won in football, for the people. Butler's got to win it for the people. Nobody cares about the Dukies. Nobody."

Of course, that's not true. Especially when you consider that Noah's very own teammate Luol Deng is a proud Duke alum who plans on watching his favorite team win the title tonight. Although, when asked if the current Blue Devils squad could beat the team he played on in college that lost in the 2004 National Semifinal to Connecticut, Deng's answer was short and sweet. "No," he said. "Honestly, no."

So, what is the difference between the two teams?

"They play better together than we did," he said.
