Draft position needs: Wide receiver

Lost: Nobody

Added: Nate Burleson, FA from Detroit; Andrew Hawkins, RFA from Cincinnati.

Extra points: Adding Burleson and Hawkins does not preclude adding a Sammy Watkins with the fourth pick. It might even make it more enticing, because Watkins, Josh Gordon and the two free agents make a very improved foursome. Whatever Greg Little adds to that is a bonus. This is a most interesting position to follow, because the Browns could add a Watkins high or a Davante Adams later in the first round. Either way, the receiver spot could be the most improved on the team.

Draft likelihood: High, but where?

Then there's this ...

Last WR drafted by the Browns: Travis Benjamin, fourth round in 2012.

Last first-round WR drafted: Braylon Edwards, third overall in 2005.

Last WR taken fourth overall: A.J. Green, by Cincinnati in 2011.

Last three WRs taken fourth: Green, Peter Warrick (2000), Michael Westbrook (1995).

Last QB taken 26th overall: Jon Baldwin, by Kansas City in 2011.

Last three QBS taken 26th: Baldwin, Randy Burke (1977). The only two.
