Local sports TV personalities do the zaniest things. Lawrence, Kansas's 6Sports news team -- assemble! -- had their own fun idea this week: They decided to challenge Kansas shooter Brady Morningstar to a game of H-O-R-S-E, and televise the potentially embarrassing results on the broadcast.
The result is here. Despite some threatening shooting from reporters Kevin Romary and Andrew Baker, Morningstar acquitted himself well, winning easily. He also recreated his famous accidental double-clutch free throw from February's Kansas-Texas game in rather comedic fashion. Morningstar might just have a career in sports television yet. Now all he needs is a catchphrase. Whammy!
