For this year's Duke game or any other big celebration, the new chief of police at the university is going to do at least two things differently. He's going to ask the fire department to hose down any dumpsters to prevent fires and also talk to local bars and convenience stores and ask them to not sell anything in glass containers.
"Hopefully, there will be a big win and a big celebration. I think the difference will be there won't be criminal misconduct; there won't be a clash with police and the students. And we'll be able to celebrate safely," Mitchell said.
