Vermont player's remarkable mustache
By Eamonn Brennan
College basketball has a new mustache du jour.
Last year, Butler's Matt Howard spent his time -- much of it on the bench, given Howard's fouling proclivities -- growing a wispy thing that, thanks in large part to Butler's run to the Final Four, made Howard a brief mustache celebrity and the owner of the best hoops facial hair since Adam Morrison himself. Howard's stache is gone now, but I believe we've found a suitable replacement. In fact, I'm pretty sure this is the best mustache ever.
Fortunately enough, the mustache comes just in time for Movember, a month dedicated to the growth of facial hair to raise awareness for the No. 1 type of cancer afflicting men: prostate cancer. Just think: If we could all grow mustaches this thick, prostate cancer wouldn't stand a chance.
