'The Street Stops Here' update on tap
By Eamonn Brennan
It's mid-February, and I know what you do on Sundays: You wake up, plan your trip to the grocery store, open your laptop, get ready to set your fantasy football lineups, and then -- in a sudden, brutal flash of recognition -- realize that it is in fact mid-February. Football ended weeks ago. Madonna danced, M.I.A. enraged people who had apparently never seen a middle finger before, Eli Manning went to Disneyland, Gisele stood by her man, and with that, your weekly Sunday routine ended for the next six months. What a horrible feeling, huh?
But don't fret, friend, for I bring you good tidings of great joy:
1. You still have college basketball, and there are usually some good games on Sundays.
If there are two things in life I truly love, they are college basketball and sports documentaries. If you're anything like me, Sunday night should be just what the doctor ordered. And now you know. (You're welcome!)
