Obama name-drops Evan Turner

By Diamond Leung

President Barack Obama was in Strongsville, Ohio, Monday giving a speech on health care, and playing to the crowd, he mentioned Ohio State star Evan Turner in his opening remarks:
THE PRESIDENT: Hello, Ohio! (Applause.) It is good to be here in the Buckeye State. Congratulations on winning the Big Ten Championship. (Laughter.) I'm filling out my brackets now. (Laughter.) And it's even better to be out of Washington for a little while.

AUDIENCE: O-H-I-O.

THE PRESIDENT: Yes, that kid Turner looks pretty good. You guys are doing all right.

Obama apparently wasn't yet ready to give his NCAA tournament picks up just yet, as he did with Andy Katz last year.

But they're coming.
