GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Here’s a recap of how Florida’s players on national award Watch lists are faring this season:

LB Jon Bostic
Watch lists: College Football Performance Award Linebacker Trophy, Butkus Award, Rotary Lombardi.
Last week’s stats: six tackles, one sack for minus-5 yards, one pass break-up.
Season stats: 28 tackles, two sacks, two QB hurries, two pass break-ups.
Comment: Bostic had his best game of the season against LSU.

FB Trey Burton
Watch list: CFPA Running Back Trophy.
Last week’s stats: three carries for 7 yards.
Season stats: eight carries for 99 yards and two TDs, six catches for 66 yards.
Comment: His carries came out of the wildcat formation.

P Kyle Christy
Watch list: CFPA Punter Trophy
Last week’s stats: averaged 49.1 yards on seven punts.
Season stats: averaging 46.5 yards on 24 punts, nine inside the 20, nine of at least 50 yards.
Comment: Christy leads the SEC in average.

WR/KR Andre Debose
Watch lists: CFPA All-Purpose Trophy, CFPA Kickoff Returner Trophy, CFPA Wide Receiver Trophy, Biletnikoff.
Last week’s stats: one catch for 5 yards, three kickoff returns for 51 yards.
Season stats: averaging 21.8 yards on nine kickoff returns, averaging 9.6 on seven punt returns, two carries for 1 yard, one catch for 5 yards.
Comment: Made his first catch of the season against LSU. Had one decent kickoff return.

DE Dominique Easley
Watch list: Ted Hendricks Award.
Last week’s stats: none.
Season stats: eight tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack for minus-5 yards, two QB hurries.
Comment: No tackles or QB hurries, but he did draw a 15-yard personal foul penalty early in the game.

S Matt Elam
Watch lists: CFPA Defensive Back Trophy, Jim Thorpe Award, Bronko Nagurski Trophy.
Last week’s stats: seven tackles, one forced fumble.
Season stats: 26 tackles, one sack for minus-10 yards, one interception, two pass break-ups, one forced fumble.
Comment: Played his best game of the Will Muschamp era and his forced fumble was the turning point in the game. He was named the SEC’s Co-Defensive Player of the Week.

DT Sharrif Floyd
Watch lists: Bednarik Award, Bronko Nagurski Trophy, Outland Trophy, Rotary Lombardi Award, Walter Camp Award.
Last week’s stats: two tackles, one QB hurry.
Season stats: 18 tackles, two QB hurries.
Comment: Helped limit LSU to just 42 yards rushing.

C Jonotthan Harrison
Watch list: Rimington Award.
Last week’s stats: UF rushed for 176 yards against the SEC’s No. 2 rush defense.
Season stats: Gators are averaging 214.8 yards per game rushing.
Comment: Gators dominated LSU’s defensive line.

LB Jelani Jenkins
Watch lists: Butkus Award, Rotary Lombardi Award.
Last week’s stats: none.
Season stats: five tackles, one tackle for loss
Comment: Jenkins suffered a sprained hamstring in his first action since Sept. 8.

LB Lerentee McCray
Watch list: Butkus Award.
Last week’s stats: four tackles, one sack.
Season stats: 14 tackles, two sacks for minus-10 yards, one interception, two QB hurries, one forced fumble.
Comment: Led a pass rush that harassed LSU QB Zach Mettenberger all day.

TE Jordan Reed
Watch lists: John Mackey Award, CFPA Tight End Trophy.
Last week’s stats: three catches for 30 yards.
Season stats: 19 catches for 223 yards and one TD.
Comment: With the passing game not being much of a factor, Reed did a solid job as a blocker against the Tigers.

K Caleb Sturgis
Watch lists: CFPA Placekicker Trophy, CFPA Specialist Trophy, Groza award.
Last week’s stats: two PATs.
Season stats: 8-for-10 on field goals, two of those are from 51 yards.
Comment: He has 14 touchbacks on 28 kickoffs.
