Kickoff times, TV for Week 6 games

The second full week of Big Ten action includes a big one at night in Evanston. The league office announced some times and TV information for the Oct. 5 slate of games on Monday.

Here it is (all times ET):

  • Penn State at Indiana, Big Ten Network
  • Illinois at Nebraska, ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU
  • Michigan State at Iowa, ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU
3:30 p.m.
  • Minnesota at Michigan, ABC regional (ESPN or ESPN2 in outer markets)
8 p.m.
  • Ohio State at Northwestern, ABC

The specific TV platforms for Illinois at Nebraska, Michigan State at Iowa and Minnesota-Michigan's outer market broadcast will be announced after this Saturday's game. Ohio State-Northwestern gets the ABC primetime slot. Could the "GameDay" crew set up in Evanston that day? We shall see.
