OT Samuelson sets decision date

By Chantel Jennings

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Nebraska commit Dan Samuelson (Plymouth, Ind./Plymouth) has set a decision date, and Michigan fans might want to mark down this date.

Samuelson will make it official on Jan. 14 whether he’s sticking with the Cornhuskers or if he’ll be signing with Michigan.

The 2013 offensive tackle would be the Wolverines’ sixth offensive line commit in the class, and if he so chooses he’ll be fighting for that last spot with Cal commit Cameron Hunt (Corona, Calif./Centennial), who visits Ann Arbor this weekend.

Samuelson took his official to Ann Arbor in December when several of the already-committed members of Michigan’s 2013 class were in town. The 6-foot-5, 295-pound lineman was previously committed to Pitt before committing to Nebraska last May.
