IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys DeMarcus Ware leads in the fan voting for the Pro Bowl at outside linebacker, which ended Monday.

The results were released Wednesday.

Ware, who has 581,554 votes, is the only Cowboys player to lead at his position.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers leads all players with 1.5 million votes. NFL officials said a record 100.6 million fans voted on the Pro Bowl.

Players and coaches will place their votes Wednesday and Thursday. The team will be announced on Dec. 27.

Fans, players and coaches votes count for one-third to determining the 43-man roster for the game played Jan. 29 in Hawaii.

Ware shouldn't be the only Cowboys player getting consideration for the Pro Bowl. Jason Witten and Jay Ratliff should also get some votes by the players and coaches.
