IRVING, Texas -- An already thin Cowboys defensive line is even thinner in practice today, with DeMarcus Ware and George Selvie out and Jason Hatcher limited.
Ware is not expected to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles because of a quadriceps strain, and Selvie is bothered by a sore shoulder. Hatcher has been battling a stinger the last two weeks and was limited during practice leading into the game against the Washington Redskins.
Running backs DeMarco Murray and Lance Dunbar are also missing practice with knee and hamstring injuries. Rookie Joseph Randle took the first-team snaps during the portion of practice open to the media.
Owner and general manager Jerry Jones said Tuesday on KRLD-FM that Murray and Dunbar would not play against the Eagles, but coach Jason Garrett was not as definitive Wednesday.
Linebacker Justin Durant took part in his first padded practice in two weeks. He has been limited by a groin injury.
