SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Several TCU players, including Jerry Hughes, talked this past week about Boise State Kellen Moore's quick release and the fact that he's No. 1 in the nation in pass efficiency. Moore has just three interceptions all season and leads the top scoring offense in the nation. He poses a big challenge for the TCU defense.
"No. 1, he is a winner," Patterson said Sunday when I asked him about Moore. "No. 2, he doesn't get flustered. No. 3, you can tell he studies a lot of film. He puts the ball where it needs to be. He understands what you are doing. You have to be very good at what you do, because a lot of times he is going to know what you do.
"I love guys that are very humble, great guys, play hard, win. He definitely falls into all those categories."
