January, 4, 2013
ARLINGTON, Texas -- Cotton Bowl officials have decided to keep the roof at Cowboys Stadium closed for tonight's 77th AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic.

According to, the temperature in Arlington will be 48 degrees at kickoff. There is no rain in the forecast.

As one Cotton Bowl official noted, bowl president Rick Baker has said in the past that the bowl waited 73 years to have a stadium with a roof and they plan to use it. So there you go.

It should be a loud place tonight with plenty of red (though different shades) in the stands.
