Injury report includes good and bad news

IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys took three steps forward and two significant steps back in regards to their health Thursday.

RT Marc Colombo (ankle/fibula), S Pat Watkins (knee) and RB Tashard Choice (concussion) all participated fully in a practice for the first time this week. Choice and Colombo had been expected to play, but Watkins status wasn't as certain until now.

However, two of the Cowboys' key starters are dealing with new injuries.

OLB DeMarcus Ware sat out practice due to a sore back. RB Marion Barber had limited participation due to a sore knee.

Barber and Ware are both expected to play against the Eagles on Saturday night. The question is whether their ailments will limit their effectiveness.
