ARLINGTON -- Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he would like to bring another fight to Cowboys Stadium. The big fight of course involves Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
If that fight happens, it would occur in the fall. Jones would not speculate as to when in the fall it could take place, but during the Cowboys' bye week or when they're on the road are possibilities.
Jones said he's reached out to Mayweather, through Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, to get the fight made.
"I really would hope, and I would appeal to Floyd, to do this for boxing," Jones said. "We want to make this something special, the crossover appeal, the whole show here now. We can do it now, because we got something to build on."
